Get Away the Callaway at Serenity Valley Winery

Summer outings look a little different this year. Many of us are looking for entertainment that allows us to maintain social distance. Serenity Valley Winery has 60 lush acres that provide plenty of elbow room. The owners have established protocols to keep staff and visitors alike as safe as possible

Guests can purchase bottles of wine (and beer) to sip along the banks of the winery’s lake, in the gazebo, or at tables dotted under trees, sunshades, and a large open air tent. Or bring your own chairs and blankets to set up a private picnic. Be sure to check out the Summer Live Music Series on Saturdays from 4-7pm. The music is usually accompanied by spectacular sunsets.

Located 15 minutes east of Columbia and 15 minutes west of Fulton, Serenity Valley is an easy, well-worth-it drive. From Columbia, take Route WW to Millersburg, MO, then turn south (right) on Rt. J for a mile, then turn west (right) at County Road 342 and take the first driveway on your left. Be sure to watch for the family of ducks that call the winery home.
