Cox Art Gallery
The Mildred M. Cox Gallery at William Woods University is a teaching-oriented facility. It provides students, faculty, and visiting artists with opportunities to share ideas and promote artistic dialogue. The Gallery provides quality experiences for viewing and learning about art to the mid-Missouri community and visitors to the University. Our mission includes providing a professional environment for established and emerging artists who wish to exhibit their work. The Cox Gallery is free and has 2,500 square feet of floor space, approximately 200 running linear feet of wall space, and state-of-the-art lighting.
Gallery hours are 9 am to 4 pm. Monday through Friday and 1 pm to 4 pm. Saturday and Sunday.

The Winston Churchill Museum Art Gallery hosts traveling exhibits. One
of those exhibits is the Watercolor Missouri National held in April

Outdoor Public Mural “A Visual Glimpse of Callaway County”
This 15’ by 96’ outdoor mural depicting both contemporary
and historical images of Callaway County can be seen at the corner of
Bluff Street and St. Louis Avenue in Fulton, MO. It is on the south
side of The Movie Gallery building. The mural was a community effort
completed in November of 2006 designed by William Woods Professor Jane
The Hazel Kinder’s Lighthouse Theater, on I-70, at Exit #137
Hazel Kinder’s Lighthouse Theater, a bright light of family entertainment has been shining in Columbia since Nov 11, 2005: Featuring national, regional, and local artists with a wide variety of musical tastes. From Bluegrass, Country, Gospel, and Oldies Rock music concerts to magic shows with clowns to Bluegrass Festivals, Hazel Kinder’s Lighthouse Theater strives to bring great entertainment to central Missouri. Our goal is to preserve a piece of Missouri heritage through the preservation
of our historic B&B Theater by turning it into a performing arts

Paintball and Resort
Largest paintball facility in mid-Missouri with five large woodland
