68th Annual Mokane Lions Fall Festival

The Missouri River community of Mokane hosts its 68th Annual Mokane Lions Fall Festival over Labor Day Weekend. Affectionately called the “Mokane Worlds Fair,” this free event is known as the place to go for mutton sandwiches, bingo, beer and bands. Also enjoy truck and tractor pulls and Old Fiddlers Contest.  Hours: Friday, September 1, cloggers at 6 pm, compact derby at 7 pm, DJ from 8 – 12 pm. Saturday, September 3, 11 am parade, 1 pm kids tractor pull, DJ, 4 – 8 pm, MO Farm Pullers at 7 pm and Clay Creek band, 8 pm – 12am. Sunday, September 3, Flat Footin Follies at 1pm, fiddlers contest at 3pm, antique truck and tractor pull at 7 pm, band 5 – 12 pm. Carnival, Friday 6 – 10 pm, Saturday 1 – 5pm, one hour break, resumes 6 – 10pm, Sunday, 6 – 10 pm. Carnival armbands are $20.
