Bicentennial Day at Serenity Valley Winery

The year 2020 marks the 200th anniversary of Callaway’s existence as a county, and Callawegians have been celebrating all year. Join in the festivities during Bicentennial Day at Serenity Valley Winery on Saturday, October 24, 2020. Experience beautiful views while enjoying award-winning wines, noshing gourmet grilled cheeses, and kicking up your heels to live, classic rock ‘n’ roll.

Starting with the Early Bird Special from 2pm – 3pm, get great deals on Callaway 200 merchandise including t-shirts, flags and more – buy one get one free! Warm up with a hot cider, compliments of the Playhouse Café, which is free with the purchase of a tumbler (spiked version available for those 21 and older).

Sink your teeth into a gourmet grilled cheese sandwich – The Big Cheeze food truck arrives at 3pm! Try the “Pig Mac” with pepper jack, swiss, mac ‘n’ cheese, pulled pork, and caramelized onions on grilled sourdough. Known as “heaven on bread,” the S’more features Nutella, marshmallow fluff, and graham cracker crumbs, topped with powdered sugar.

Get ready to kick up your heels – enjoy live music from The Open Road starting at 4pm. Sip limited edition Serenity Valley Bicentennial Collection wines – Callawegian Red or Callaway Serenade – while jamming to classic and country rock.

Don’t miss your chance to purchase raffle tickets for the chance to win a Callaway County Special Edition .30-30 Henry Rifle. Tickets are $10 each or 3/$25. The winner will be selected on November 25, 2020 (need not be present to win). Only 600 tickets will be sold so don’t miss your chance!
