Celebrate the Season of Joy in Fulton & Callaway County

It’s the most wonderful time of the year in Callaway County – with so much fun around every corner! Whether you’re checking things off your Christmas shopping list, decorating for the holidays or looking for joy-filled activities for the whole family, we have you covered!

Nov. 3, 4 p.m.-7 p.m. Holiday Open House in Fulton’s Downtown Brick District
Share the excitement of the holiday windows reveal at 4 p.m. and stay to enjoy live holiday music, refreshments, kids’ crafts and a visit with Santa and Ms. Claus! Grab a carriage ride from the Brick District to the Fulton Depot, where you can shop, warm up by a campfire, and grab a return ride when you’re done.

Nov. 4, 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Beauty and the Beast Bed and Breakfast Children’s Theatre at the Brick District Playhouse in Fulton.
Ever wonder what Beauty and the Beast did in their “ever after”?  They did what every couple with a giant castle and a pesky curse to break would do — open a bed and breakfast! Enjoy this silly and satirical sequel full of slapstick and witty wordplay.

Nov. 4, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Vendor Day at Crane’s Country Store, Williamsburg
Meet representatives from Filson, Pendelton, and Thorogood who are happy to help you find the perfect gift. Prizes, raffles and food trucks round out the fun.

Nov. 5, noon-2 p.m. Kingdom of Callaway Historical Society Pie Supper and Pie Auction, Auxvasse
Take a break from the holiday bustle and stop by Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church, where you’ll find plenty of pie to enjoy and you can buy a pie of your choice by a local baker to take home. The event celebrates the release of the society’s new book, Callaway Chalkboards, which explores the county’s rural schools.

Nov. 9, doors open at 5 p.m. Murder Mystery Dinner & Show, Holts Summit
Most holiday seasons don’t feature a murder mystery, but Canterbury Hill Winery presents Kill-A-Lot, with appetizers, Camelot’s Royal Dinner, and a cash bar. These dinners sell out quickly, so make your reservations now.

Nov. 11, 2 p.m.-5 p.m., Doe Camp at the Winery, Fulton
Come out for an afternoon of fun at Serenity Valley Winery, featuring several vendors to shop from, games, music and food/wine available for purchase! (Non-alcoholic beverages as well.)

Nov. 11, 5 p.m.-9:30 p.m., Dinner and Dancing with Kapital Kicks, Fulton
Enjoy an evening of dinner and dancing to jazz, swing, ballads, old-time rock, Latin numbers and more by Kapital Kicks at the Brick District Playhouse. Optional dinner served at 5 p.m. followed by music at 7p.m. Tickets are $25 for theater seats and $50 for dinner with the show.

Nov. 18, 4:30 p.m.-6 p.m. Fresh Christmas Wreath Making Class, Holts Summit
Deck the halls of your home with your own “I did that!” decoration. The Barn Company provides all the supplies and will guide you through the process of creating a 28-inch wreath that will easily last through Christmas. They even provide refreshments!

Nov. 24-25, 11 a.m.-7 p.m., Fulton Christmas Market, Fulton Depot
Meet Santa and his reindeer at the historic Fulton Depot while you enjoy shopping, food trucks, Christmas trees and more! Presented by Grae Studio Design.

Nov. 30, 5 p.m.-7 p.m., A Holiday Evening at America’s National Churchill Museum, Fulton
Combine two special occasions in one with an evening of festive refreshments, gallery talks, music and activities to launch the holiday season and celebrate Winston Churchill’s 149th birthday. Free admission.

Add some comfort to your Callaway Holiday experience by treating yourself to a romantic stay at the Loganberry Inn. Or, book a fun night with family and friends at the game-themed Uptown Loft in the Brick District.
